The receptionist at this hotel was friendly and spoke English well. They quickly explained everything to us and made sure we understood. The room was a decent size for a 2-night stay but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The location was good, not too far from the city center and public transport was frequent. The breakfast was average but slightly overpriced for the limited choices available.

Location: the hotel was next to the Italian restaurant as well as tramway and bus. There were climate control and multi-channel TV in the room, enjoyed that. The staff was very good and lovely and helped with the private parking.

Spent a great xmas at a hotel on the outskirts with easy access to the city. Two complimentary facts offered added to my stay! Highly recommend. Location provided good tramway and bus connections to anywhere in the region and plenty of parking spaces in the front and around. Also enjoyed perfect wifi and the very friendly staff at the hotel.

The nearby road works meant that the tram was not running in front of the hotel, but it was only a short 1km walk to the nearest station, and then a 20 minute train journey. Would have preferred a quicker solution, but overall it was not too much of a problem.
